Reminders before your plan renews
WorkPass now tells you before your plan renews, so your staff never lose access by surprise.

Printed door QR and going live
Stick a QR on the door, no screen needed, and WorkPass is now online.
- NewPrinted QR mode: print an A4 poster for each entrance. A photo of it only works within a few metres of that door.
- New"Regenerate QR" cancels every old poster and any photo of it straight away.
- NewStaff can scan the poster with their normal phone camera, and WorkPass opens and checks them in.
