How payment works
When you choose a paid plan, you get your own secure payment page. Pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (12 months gives you 2 months free) and pay with your Visa or Mastercard. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment goes through, and a receipt is sent to you automatically. Nothing renews by itself and your card is never charged again without you: we remind you before your plan ends, and you decide whether to continue.
Questions
WorkPass is a staff attendance system for schools and businesses that runs inside Telegram. Staff check in and out by scanning a QR code at the entrance, and managers see attendance live and approve leave and overtime in Telegram.
No. WorkPass runs as a Telegram Mini App, so staff only need Telegram. They can also scan the door QR with their normal phone camera, which opens WorkPass in Telegram.
Check-in only works within a set distance of the entrance (30 metres by default) using the phone's location, and a weak GPS signal is refused. A printed door QR can be regenerated at any time so old copies and photos stop working. On a screen, the QR changes every 10 seconds.
WorkPass is free for up to 5 staff. Paid plans are Starter at $9 a month for up to 25 staff, Team at $25 a month for up to 75 staff, Business at $49 a month for up to 200 staff. Paying yearly gives 2 months free, and there is no setup fee.
By card. Choose a plan and you'll get a private payment page where you pay with Visa or Mastercard. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Polar, so your card statement may show "Polar". You can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; paying yearly gives 2 months free. Need an invoice for your finance team? You can download one from the same page before you pay.
Yes. WorkPass never sees or stores your card number. You pay on Polar's secure checkout, and Polar handles the payment and any local sales tax or VAT where it applies.
Yes. Sign up again with the same Telegram account to add another workspace, and switch between them on the dashboard. Each person gets 2 free workspaces; any more need a paid plan. Staff who work in two places can belong to both, and the door QR they scan decides where they check in.
Yes. Staff send leave and overtime requests from WorkPass. Managers approve or reject them with one tap in Telegram or on the dashboard, and leave balances update automatically.
Yes. ZKTeco terminals such as the SenseFace 7A can send face, fingerprint and card scans to WorkPass, and they appear in the same reports as QR check-ins.
Yes. The monthly attendance report shows check-in and check-out times, late minutes, early leave and hours worked, and can be downloaded as a CSV file for Excel.
WorkPass is in English by default. Staff can switch to Khmer in the app, and their personal Telegram messages follow their choice.
